Dr. Quyen Trinh, DO

Dr. Quyen Trinh is a compassionate Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician practicing accountable and evidence-based care since 1996. He provides acute and chronic care for patients ages five years and older.

Dr. Trinh graduated from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in 1996 and completed his Family Practice Residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in 1999. Before becoming the Managing Physician at Mason Park Medical Clinic in Katy, he was a practicing physician and partner with Kelsey-Seybold Clinic for over 18 years.
Dr. Trinh moved to the Houston area in 1976 and is fluent in both Vietnamese and English. He enjoys playing golf, traveling, dabbling in gastronomy, and watching movies from Marvel Universe. He has been married to Angela since 1995, and they have three children, Ashley, Brandon, and Ryan.

Jenny Phan, PA-C
Certified Physician Assistant
Jenny is a Physician Assistant certified by the NCCPA and licensed by the Texas Medical Board and a key member of our Medical Staff since 2017. She completed her undergraduate studies in Nutrition at the University of Houston and received her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Alderson Broaddus University. During her studies, she completed clinical rotations in multiple specialties as well as primary care.
Jenny is a dedicated and caring practitioner who listens to her patients and strives to help them live better lives. Jenny is fluent in both English and Vietnamese and cares for patients 5 years and older. When Jenny is not wearing her Superwoman Cape at work she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
Rumesa Majid, PA-C
Certified Physician Assistant
Physician Assistant certified by the NCCPA and licensed by the Texas Medical Board and a key member of our Medical Staff since 2022. She completed her undergraduate studies in Finance at the Houston Baptist University and received her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Western University of Health Sciences. Rumesa completed clinical rotations in multiple specialties as well as primary care. She has worked in primary care and wound care.
Rumesa is fluent in English, Spanish, and Urdu. When she is not working, Rumesa loves spending time with family and friends.
Alexandria Enoch, FNP-C
Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner
Allie Enoch is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is licensed by the Texas Medical Board. She completed her undergraduate studies as an Exercise Specialist and received her Masters of Science in Nursing at the University of Colorado. Prior to joining Mason Park Medical Clinic she worked in urgent care, women’s health and adolescent medicine. She also brings specialized training as a forensic nurse in child abuse and sexual assault.
When Allie is not busy at work taking care of her patients, she likes to spend quality time with her family and enjoys yoga.
Viviana Escobar
Physical Therapist
Viviana is a Licensed Rehab Specialist in Physical Therapy, Therapeutic Massage and other techniques that target pain relief, stress relief and relaxation. She has been treating patients and clients for over 20+ years and customizes a treatment plan to treat neck pain, back pain, knee pain, tennis elbow, Achilles tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, and much more. She enjoys helping her clients with relaxation and specialized massage therapy treatments.
Viviana is a patient favorite and truly cares about helping her patients and clients achieve a better quality of life through more flexibility, less pain, renewed strength and less stress. Viviana is a busy career mom and when she is not working enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Angela Trinh
Clinic/Medical Spa Director
Angela brings over 25 years of business management experience and retired from a career at a Fortune 500 energy company to support the Medical Clinic and expand the services to include the new Medical Spa. Her resume includes working at prestigious firms such as KPMG, Koch Industries and most recently as Head of Strategic and Direct Sales at Direct Energy.
Angela has a passion about caring for others and wants every patient that walks into the Medical Clinic and Medical Spa to feel that their health matters. She believes that the patient’s health comes first and that it is important to take care of yourself inside and out!
Angela is a busy mom of three and enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She also enjoys reading, traveling, fashion and is a huge foodie!
Kelly Guerrero
Billing Supervisor/Office Manager
Kelly has been a part of the Mason Park Medical Clinic family for over 20 years! She has worked in every capacity from front office, medical assistance and billing! Her exceptional work ethic, can-do attitude and compassion for our patients and her colleagues make her an ideal Billing Supervisor and Office Manager.
Outside of the office, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family. She has been married to Joshua Guerrero since 1999 and has two beautiful children. Kelly is also an avid book reader and, on some occasions, physical conditioning! Just don’t ask her to run a marathon anytime soon.
Kim Copeland
Front Office Manager
With over 30 years of experience in the medical field, Kim is an excellent addition to our front office team.
Kim has been happily married to her husband Jeff for 26+ years and has three beautiful children, Cody, Camryn, and Connor.
When she’s not working, Kim enjoys watching her son play baseball for the Katy Tigers.
Beryl Tibby
Clinical Support Specialist
Our patients love Beryl, and she loves them! Beryl was a nurse in the United Kingdom and has been a part of the Mason Park Medical Clinic family since 2009. When Beryl calls with lab results, it is always great to hear her cheerful British accent. Beryl truly has a passion for patient care and ensures that our patients understand the lab results and provide guidance on the practitioners’ next steps or recommendations.
In her spare time, Beryl enjoys spending time with family and friends and is very active in the church. She loves traveling to Austin when she can to visit and spend quality time with her beautiful grandson.
Madison Martinez
Medical Assistant Supervisor
Madison graduated from the Pima Medical Institute in 2018 and has quickly become an integral member of the Mason Park Medical Clinic family! Madison is responsible for assisting with patients’ care, supervising the day to day MA day duties, completing medical record requests, coordinating referrals, and ensures our clinic does not run out of medical supplies. Madison is an extremely hard worker and a great colleague to work with. She always puts our patients first and will make time to support her fellow colleagues. She is a proud Texan, born and raised in Houston and now calls Katy, Texas her home!
When Madison is not at work and has free time, she loves to draw and relax with her dog.
Briana Tyler
Medical Assistant Lead
Briana has been a part of the Mason Park Medical Clinic family for over two years. All of our patients love Briana as she is warm and caring with a ready smile and always wants to know how our patients are doing. She works very closely with our providers to deliver outstanding patient care and always puts their needs first. As our Lead Medical Assistant, Briana is responsible for patient care and partners with Madison to coach and train the MA staff. She also coordinates patient referrals and provides patient lab results as well as ensuring the clinic does not run out of office supplies.
In her spare time, she is an avid reader, an amateur photographer, and enjoys spending time with her family.
Jennifer Guevara
Medical Assistant
Jennifer has been in the medical field for over 20 years. She enjoys helping people and strives to do the best for patients. In addition to her skills as a medical assistant, she is also a certified surgical technician and BLS/CPR certified.
Jennifer is originally from far West Texas and moved here a year ago to be closer to her family. She loves spending time with family and shopping when she is not working.
Tessa Mitchell
Medical Assistant
Tessa has been a Medical Assistant for over 10 years and currently pursuing her RN/BSN at Lonestar College . Tessa enjoys working with people and strives on giving the best quality care to patients and work family. She is a Louisiana native and has been living in Houston for the last 2 years.
When Tessa is not busy at work she enjoys spending time with her family and supporting her boys in athletics.
Karen Volquez
Medical Assistant
Karen graduated from Sanford-Brown College for Medical Assisting and her love for patients encouraged her to go back to school to become a Patient Care Technician. Karen is a patient favorite and is responsible for patient care, prior authorization and managing the RX sample supply room. Karen brings to our office color, joy and a great attitude to our team! She ensures our patients feel happy and loved even if they are sick. Karen always says, “A dream doesn’t become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination and hard work.”
In Karen’s free time she enjoys creating beautiful hair styles and spending her time with her 3 amazing kids!
Bibiana Vallone
Medical Assistant
Bibiana was born in Argentina and has been a Medical Assistant for over 15 years. She was working in Henry Ford Hospital and Grosse Pointe Urgent care in Michigan until she moved to Texas. She is fluent in English and Spanish. Bibiana loves to work in the medical field, is very friendly and enjoys helping our patients.
When Bibiana isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and two dogs that she loves. Bibiana’s dream is to have a shelter for animals.
Optimus Prime
Patient Experience Specialist
Optimus Prime understands the importance of “Prime-ary” care! He is one of the first friendly faces you see when you enter our doors. He is our faithful team mascot and is truly passionate about your experience at our clinic. He welcomes patients to our clinic, manages our feed-back surveys, and loves to take photos with our patients and guests.
When Optimus is not busy at work, he moonlights using his Cybertronian mode as a semi-truck. His favorite past-time is sparring with Megatron, the Decepticons leader, and saving the world along the way!
Kaylie Lopez
Patient Experience Specialist
Kaylie was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She is one of our front office patient care specialists and is currently going to the University of Houston-Downtown majoring in Spanish with a minor in Gender Studies. She is in charge of helping patients with their Medical Records and Referrals and you will occasionally find her in a room checking your blood pressure and temperature!
When Kaylie isn’t working, she enjoys going to the museum, studying and rescuing animals!
Griselda Quijas
Front Office
Griselda was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She was a teacher for 11 years and found she has a passion for caring for others. This developed into a love for patient care when she went to school to be a phlebotomist. Griselda is a patient favorite and works in our Front Office responsible for checking in and out our lovely patients and is our Medical Record Coordinator.
Griselda is a busy mom and loves to spend time with her daughter and two dogs!
Kiara Padilla
Patient Experience Specialist
Kiara was born and raised in Houston, Texas and is a new addition to the Mason Park Medical Front Office Team! She is responsible for checking-in as well as checking-out patients. She is currently pursuing her career in speech pathology at University Of Houston and has a passion for helping people.
When Kiara is not at work, she enjoys painting and writing in her free time as well as spending time with her friends and family.
Veronica Ramirez
Patient Experience Specialist
Veronica was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and recently joined the team at Mason Park Medical Clinic. She is one of the first friendly faces you see and is responsible for working closely with our patients to assist them with their needs. She has over 11 years of experience working in the medical field and was previously an Office Manager. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Veronica loves to spend time with family and friends and likes to go on trips with her husband and kids on new adventures.
Chau Lam

Chau is a new Mason Park Medical Clinic team member and is a future student of University of
Houston for Nursing Program. Chloe is fluent in both English and Vietnamese, she is friendly
and responsible for greeting our patients as soon as they walk into our office. She is responsible
for working closely with our patients to assist them with their needs.
When Chau isn’t at work, she loves playing badminton, swimming, and also spends time
cooking for her family.
Anita Balderas
Front Office Supervisor
Anita is a long time Mason Park Medical Clinic team member! We are excited to welcome her back after taking time off to focus on her family. Anita’s work ethic, responsiveness, and dedication to patient care makes her an ideal Front Office Supervisor!
When Anita is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family. She is a busy career mom to 5 children and is married to Daniel Balderas. She loves reading a good book and binging on movies on Netflix!
Ashley Trinh
Medical Billing/Coding Specialist
Ashley does double duty and is currently a full-time student while working as a billing and coding specialist. She has been a valuable team member helping to complete multiple billing projects on time. Ashley is very creative and loves to spend time on her many hobbies including various arts and crafts, gaming, sampling different foods, and traveling around the world. Her favorite destination is Japan, and she has been there multiple times.
When she has free time she enjoys quality time with her family, friends, and multiple pets.
Jaqueline Candanoza

Jaqueline was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and has been a medical aesthetician, injector, and certified laser technician for over eight years. She joined the cosmetology field because the beauty industry is constantly growing. There’s always room to learn and improve your skills.
She loves helping others feel better about themselves and gain self-confidence. She firmly believes that you can strengthen your mental health when you care for yourself and your skin.
Sana Kultumanova

Sana is from Katy, Texas. She has over six years of experience as a medical aesthetician and certified laser technician.
